Only getting a one star because I can't give a zero star. Missed court deadlines, missed court hearing, won't provide a statement of where our money has went. argumentative and interrupts constantly during phone calls. Has not done anything for our case but drag it out longer in hopes for a bigger pay check. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. In case you missed it, Dan, you are FIRED!!! I will be contacting the board association in Hawaii and Alaska. He is very helpful and considerate. He worked on an issue with the State of Alaska, and helped with a trial court matter. I really recommend him if you want an honest and hard working attorney.
