My girlfriend and I went for our anniversary. The food and service was great. It was the second time we went that was bad. I ordered Shrimp Alfredo that included halibut and scallops, but when it came, there was no scallops. When they brought it back again, the scallops were not cooked all they way through. My girlfriend's plate was not what she ordered. After multiple corrections and waiting patiently, I was asked to choose another entree. I chose a pasta with shrimp (included seasoning) on it. When it came, the taste was bland and the shrimp still had their shell ends on them. We were given a discount and went elsewhere for an actual meal. As someone who is looking for gluten-free vegan options, this was rather disappointing. The only option for me was a side of steamed veggies with a couple chunks of potato. I did enjoy the beautiful view with a delicious glass of red wine, though! I'd love to see an expanded menu with a few vegan options. We enjoyed most of our food, but $18 for a chicken Caesar salad is completely absurd. It was a small portion of lettuce and 4 blackened chunks of chicken with almost no dressing or Parmesan. Very disappointing. Genie was amazing. Great service and she was very accommodating The best time of year to go is Wednesdays in the winter (roughly the grade school months) for locals nights. The entire menu is 30% off and there are some specials. I rate this full marks because every experience I've had there has been consistently pleasant. Its more on the expensive side without that locals' discount but the daytime view is beautiful and the fare well-prepared.
