We have rented from Pioneer Car Rentals on a regular bases for years. They have very safe, low mileage and dependable cars. Their staff is very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them. Would not recommend. We rented a new car that had a transmission shifting problem. We almost ended up in a ditch because the auto transmission would not shift. When we went back to Pioneer the person at the counter said it happens with all those cars. No big deal. We returned the car and went to Adventure rental where we were given a dependable car. You shouldn't rent cars that you know have a problem Pioneer. Sorry, but we won't be back
