We recently bought a home in Homer, it was a remote property and we needed an ATV to access the property as there was no road. We thought buying locally over$ 20,000.00 and establishing a friendship with Homer Saw and cycle would be beneficial for us as we are now part of the community. This was not to be the case. After 6 weeks nothing had been done to get our machine ready.We were going to have to go elsewhere to purchase the machine, but we didn't want Homer saw and cycle to be out any money and used our WF business card to pay for the the parts we ordered in full from them. Unfortunately, we never received any of the parts we purchased. We ended up having to go to court to recover our costs. I have purchased Polaris Ranger a Stihl saw and Pro 800 155 from these folks I've sent friends and family here, because the customer service is 2nd to none The folks will help in any way they can and they are extremely knowledgeable about Polaris and Stihl equipment, all I can say is they are the best in the business! Amazing technical knowledge of Polaris, Stihl, and Trek. Huge selection of outdoor gear and great local knowledge for biking and adventuring. Oldest Stihl dealership in Alaska. Great cycle and gear shop. Offers 24 hour bike rentals for 25$. Friendly staff and management.
