Best place in town for auto parts, Napa is a damn joke!!! Fantastic Customer Service. Kris is awesome! Shop here often . Well stocked store and competent counter help. One problem -while in store last week one of the employees was verbally berating another in a very assertive tone . Several customers in the store at the time had to listen to this and it certainly didn't add much to the shopping experience . If I was trying to run a business , I think I would not make internal personnel issues so much of a public matter. Deal with those issues in private. The customers don't need to be subjected this. Employees know what you are talking about 98% of the time and usually have what you need, extremely helpful!
