When I walk in to solve the problems they just gave me the runaround. Reliable and easily accessible. State Farm is a well respected company in the insurance industry and Mike's agency is a real "jewel" in the State Farm crown. Mike was great with insureance needs. His entire staff helped me through the entire process. Switching was much easier than I thought it would be. It's so great to have a local agent! I actually feel like I understand my insurance now. We also saved alot of money by switching to State Farm!
