The staff knew their business, and were friendly and helpful.. They also go out of their way to help you determine if their service will work for you. Awesome I have been a customer of GCI for 1-1/2 years. Several incidents have occurred which required their attention. Such as an underground cable that has been left unburied through the winter after I was told I would have top priority. They spliced the cable instead of replacing it (kinda of a downer for the very fast connection I am paying for). I have to rate them down because their customer service over all is less than acceptable. But their Homer, Alaska office in particular is slow, rude and reluctant to assist. After one and a half years of poor customer service and rudeness I finally cancelled my cable tv with them.
