Our mid-summer vacation booked with Alaska Our Way had to be cancelled due to ferry mechanicals. We re-scheduled a shorter vacation for September, not relying so much on the ferry. Our agent with Alaska Our Way, Carol Pipgras, is our hero. We received refunds for all tours, lodging, ferry travel. Can't say enough good things about Carol and Alaska Our Way.
