Cece’s Kitchen is an amazing place to eat. We walked in and were immediately greeted with kindness. The food is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant! Excellent! It is a hole in the wall cafe that is good home grown cooking! One lady does it all and she is amazing! Highly recommend! A local took me there, the locals know where to eat. The place isn't much to look at but the food is hot and good. One single woman runs the place, cooks, serves etc...Super friendly people, great neighborhood atmosphere. Breakfast and lunch only, they do not take credit cards, so bring cash. My favorite place for breakfast in Homer!
