Holy scallops, what a fantastic meal! The seafood selections are prepared in unique ways daily. The night we ate here the scallops were served over a super fresh pesto. So good, you'll never pass up pesto again, even though it won't live up to this one. The stone bowl, which is a Korean dish, was amazing. I would never have thought to get a Korean dish in a Homer AK seafood place, but so glad I did. Would come back to AK just to eat at this restaurant. On par with the best restaurants I've ever eaten at in NY and Chicago. Bravo!!!! Make a reservation at least a couple days in advance. They are so good they don't even take walk ups. Best food in Homer! The food, service and experience are all great and different from the turn-n-burn Alaska dining mentality. You usually need a reservation but the "bar" seating area is first come first served and is really cool. I would go in just for apps and be happy! Impeccable service from the moment we entered the establishment! Excellent wine poured into a gorgeous glass! Ultra fresh oysters, exquisitely presented! Delicious tuna poki with a pyramid of rice! Gorgeous food!! Will most certainly return again .. and again! Thank you so much!! Only a few seats available. Make reservations early for dinner. Great food and friendly serving staff. The person who answers the phone can be a little short and not very helpful with suggesting alternatives if dinner is all reserved such as coming in early for a lunch. Cozy place. Make reservations. The fish chowder was excellent.
